Here is the full manual I used when building my 1979 Cafe racer. It was extremely handy when it came to troubleshooting those motorcycle gremlins. Especially the wiring and electrical components. I use affiliate links to help pay for this site.
Here’s how the motorcycle looked when completed. Custom fiberglass tail, Honda CB550 fuel tank, Mac Headers, custom headlight brackets, gauges, and seat pan. I didn’t do rear sets as the seat provided very little padding so I would stand a little on the pegs when necessary. Enjoy and hopefully this will help with your project.
